There is a lot more that TIP can do. For example:

• You can create your own job descriptions or select from our library of job descriptions for specific niches.

• You can distinguish between successful and outstanding performance for key behavior and core responsibilities.

• You can create customized performance review forms.

• There is a place to keep notes about performance throughout the year.

• There is a place to develop a performance improvement plan if improvement is needed.

• There is a checkpoint to ensure that leaders are not "over-evaluating" their staff.

• There is a place to establish goals and plans.

• TIP gives each employee an overall score that you can use to determine future compensation.

• TIP can exchange data with other programs. Any TIP document can be exported to RTF (Rich Text Format) so that any major word processor can edit and print it. Going the other way, it is easy to paste information from other software into TIP using the Windows clipboard in the usual way.
